Seasoned Navy SEAL Jake Harris (Scott Adkins) is called back into action when the world is threatened by his disillusioned former comrade, Elliot Carter (Steven Cree), who has turned into a domestic terrorist.
With the Joint Chiefs of Staff held hostage inside a nuclear bunker, time is running out before Carter obtains the nuclear launch codes and plunges the world into chaos.
To prevent Carter from taking control of the U.S. missile defense network, Harris must lead his team deep into enemy territory, facing heavily armed mercenaries, deadly traps, and a confrontation with his own troubled past.
Dolph Lundgren co-stars as Admiral Mulholland, Harris’s commanding officer.
